Paws 4 a cure Inc.
We raise service dogs for the Loma Linda VA hospital in Loma Linda CA. Here are three of our dogs we currently are training!

Jane Gopez and "Stitch"
Jane has been training Stitch to work at the VA hospital and other locations now for the last two years. She has been Stitches handler from 6 weeks old. "I love helping people and the children really love Stitch! All the vets request her when we bring dogs to the VA. This year she will be running marathons with me to raise money for Cancer research. Her first will be the Disneyland Marathon in August 2008. Wish us luck!"

"Max" our newest dog was a stray...
He came jumping our fence and then would jump back out when he wanted after eating our other dogs food. Max just needed a home and someone to care. He is a great dog and will be a good service partner in the near future.

Chrisy, our pound puppy Service Dog.
Jane and Jennie decided to rescue this service dog from the local pound. This puppy is a Rottweiler mix and was having trouble getting adopted because of her aggressive look. They saved this puppy and gave her a great life as a service animal for the VA hospital. She is one of the gentlest dogs we have ever had.
IT IS WITH A SAD HEART WE INFORM YOU THAT CHRISY WAS POSIONED AND HAS PASSED AWAY. SHE HUNG IN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR BUT THERE WAS NOTHING THE VETS OR SPECIALISTS WE TOOK HER TO COULD DO FOR HER. SHE WAS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD.
